The TMA Manappuram Group Lifetime Achievement Award 2025–26 was conferred on Mr. Madhu S. Nair, former Chairman and Managing Director of Cochin Shipyard Limited, in recognition of his significant contribution to the growth of the organisation and India's maritime industry.

Beginning his career at Cochin Shipyard as a Management Trainee in 1988, Mr. Nair rose through the ranks to lead the organisation as Chairman and Managing Director from 2016 to 2025. During his tenure, Cochin Shipyard expanded its infrastructure, strengthened its international presence, and achieved a defining milestone with the delivery of INS Vikrant, India's first indigenously built aircraft carrier.

His career reflects a sustained commitment to institution-building, innovation, and the advancement of India's shipbuilding capabilities.

Through this award, Thrissur Management Association recognises a distinguished professional journey and a lasting contribution to Indian industry.
